Blue, a kind of hue that stays inside of you

It takes refuge inside your heart and bleeds the color; Blue

Blue, the color of tears and fears of love

It shows us the rain inside of rainbow and to love without a glove

For truelove is love and me loving you is eternal

A poem written with blue ink on my journal

I think of you before I sleep

but then instead of counting sheep

I dream of us being together

And suddenly everything's better

I want to take you on a ride

And at the end make you my bride

How I wish that you could see

What you trully mean to me

This love of mine is strange and bizarre

My heart loving another from so far

I shouldn’t have been too shy,

do you know the reason why?

I procrastinated for so long

now I don’t know where to belong

I kept you within grasp inside my mind

My love for you shone the brightest, now I’m partially blind

I poured your essence to fill my heart

When I knew you’d never take part

I never got to see my feelings fly

I never should’ve been too shy

You no longer cheer, me up when I feel down.

You no longer turn, my frowns upside down.

You no longer greet, Me in the morning.

You no longer reside, In my dreams every night.

But the saddest is when, you no longer talk to me.

You don’t remember me.

You no longer do.

I met a person, who’m at first glance I can tell

That I love the way she talks and how her hair smells

As days went by I just couldn’t resist

I told her how I felt, “Thank God you exist”

“I’m sorry”, she replied. “We could still be friends”

“For if we trully fell for each other, it wouldn’t be a happy end”
I got friendzoned LOL

So this is what it feels like,

To break off the chains that binds me to you

I thought there was no escape, And I had no clue

That this day would come

The day I’d gain freedom

Where colors resume their dance, and no more hues of blue.

Monotones have stopped And so did my feelings

For

You
