Winter moon's fierce wind
smacks us in the face and stings
kicks the outdoor chairs

Limbs scatter about
front door mat flies in the air
lands on the car

Wind gusts shake the house
we listen to the moan
the moon releases its clutch

Your reflection
mirror of obsession
moves
like a slow waltz

Scrupulous green brilliance
splashes of pink, yellow
summer's sun kisses
surges of downpours nourish
until.....
