I wanna be better than my best!
Healer Jul 2022
So caught up to embrace the evading fate,
My shaky arms got used to the warm touch of tragedy.

Everyone wants a poet…
Just not the madness that goes with it.
.
Everyone wants a wilderness…
Just not the animals that exist inside of it.
.
Everyone wants peace and solitude…
Yet yearn for attention and acceptance.
.
Everyone wants the headdress of a warrior…
Yet will not go into battle to earn it.
.
Everyone wants to reach out…
Just not the silence that will be in return.
.
Everyone wants justice…
Yet turn their backs and says ‘that’s someone else’s problem’
.
Everyone wants to receive and take care of a simple love…
Yet they can’t even love themselves.
.
Everyone wants to yearn towards a future…
But can’t even look at themselves in the mirror.
.
Everyone
Wants
A
Poet
Just
Not
The
Madness
That
Goes
With
It…

Nothing,
Maybe it's what I will be as my most ruined.
But I dare not confess it to my warm destiny,
that my dimming soul have made peace with it.

There's a trace of you in my dried tears,
but why aren't you in my destiny.

You’ve crossed the other side
of the world
Out of hell which you thought before was peace
Your words now sing
a tune of hope
In chorus with the bird’s soulful notes
You scattered strength in your beautifully broken wings
Aligning them even to the unpredictable wind
And now you’ve already met
the new you
A new version of you
that you haven’t met yet
With a silent recognition
of your truth and realness
That even the ugly parts of your story
taught you love and acceptance
Then you let go of the hand
that led you to darkness
Now find the joy and wonder of life
and marvel on the magic of love
You are worthy of nothing less

Is it my life or a puzzling disorder
Can I trust these murky waters
Close my eyes and put my faith in this deceitful mirage,
Hoping it will lead me to my heart.
The crystal fear is getting stronger,
my ****** tears flowing longer.
The noisy train promised a destination but thrown at me are uncertain equations,,
My naive steps waver with hesitation.
The pelting rain owed me a rainbow,
not this wretched game of life
Drowning me, dragging me below.
