Thoughts of you
I cannot consign to words
The day we met,
The nights I want to forget
You were the fire that
Turned me into ash
I was a dream
That never came true
And as I watched you slip away
Before my eyes
Far, far away from my reach
That I realized,
I couldn’t keep something that
Wasn’t meant for me
But in my heart
I prayed for you to stay
And on a rainy day,
We did finally fade away

One of my first poems that was also published in Us Magazine, The News International: http://magazine.thenews.com.pk/mag/detail_article.asp?id=8048&magId=9#

i, the writer, yet never am i pleased
whatever been penned down never succeeds
to my expectations, nor to my needs
for the meanin' of words seem to get ceased

i, the gardener, be sowin' this seed
whatever to be said shall never reach
for hearin' be all different to each
no poet am i, no artist indeed

i, be as just human, as i could reach
understandin' alone my heart shall lead
'tis knowledge upon which my mind does feed
no fame, nor admirers, that i beseech

i may be hopin' just someone to read
these ways my letters on paper do bleed

(or maybe how they be finally freed)

All the photographs dearest to me;
I shall burn all of them
If somehow within my heart
Your fleeting memory I could hold
If somehow I get to behold
Scalding epistles; pixels from the past
Narrating what is better if not told
Of how the sun set too fast
And how the dreadful night unfolds
Of the ruined castle of love
Which once in its shy might did
Our throne of love uphold.

To walk beyond the farthest city light,
my heart exerts against my chest tonight
to leave the friend I made yesterday,
and kiss the foe goodbye
and erase from the paper that's Heart
every name and every dye
and leave at the city's end
all my sorrows and all my friends
to walk beyond the farthest city light
where no tear shall catch my sight
where no heart shall be offered to me
and no god shall my heart's deity be
and no man know my name
where I'll go or whence I came
To walk beyond the farthest city light
and fall in love with a foreign land
of flowing rivers, of colours bright
where mighty mountains stand
I'll live under a roof of straw
and my happiness from Nature draw
And then in melancholy solitude
forget every city light
To walk beyond the farthest city light
my heart exerts against my chest tonight.
Take my heart and take my hand,
and please help me to understand.

Why do we awake each and every day,
just to face all of the challenges in our way.

To struggle and pretend that all is good,
Caring and helping as they knew you would.

You push yourself to give it your all,
How you truely feal,
is hidden behind a brick wall.

I pray for all that soon one day,
we can all join hands and be haapy this way.

It can be big it can be small,
what's important is doing something, anything at all.

Teach the young, help the weak,
take a minute to hear them speak.

The smell of flowers, the fury of the sea, I gaze at the stars what can this mean?

I do not know what my purpose may be,
so i will be kind and helpful to all that I see.

For one small gesture on your part,
could make the world of difference in anothers heart.

People matter everywhere,
dont sit by and just stare.

Be proactive and share the love,
one day uniting us all, no one above.

Red is the life
that runs thick and fierce
through my veins.

And black is the void
that unscrupulously and
tyrannically consumes it all.
Allah Is Really Great
There is no god but Allah who really reveals
Who is supreme commander of the universe
Whose presence on the vein of neck one feels
His sublimity and dignity in creation ,diverse

He is like the way I consider merciful and kind
When I walk towards him he comes in running
He carries all images of love I perceive in mind
After every autumn He just brings flowery spring

In all ailments He brings sure and sudden relief
This is what is part of my sheer wonderful love
My faith in Him makes me away from all the grief
Like umbrella He keeps me under remains above
