Summer has come
and Winter has gone
Summer is here with her smells and her hues
Scent from the flowers
Hues from the petals
The colours are vibrant and new
And in the morning the grass displays its dew with Little droplets of water
The grass and the trees along with the leaves
Gently sway in the breeze
Are decidedly light
as the sun shines so bright !
Nature at its best
There’s baby birds in the nest
Squirrels in the trees
Summer is in the air
A field fare flies by
In the beautiful blue sky
It’s the season of summer
It’s here!

Everything is blooming in my garden today
The poppies are popping out their petals
The sun is out ready to play
The plant in the ***
has opened it’s big yellow petals today
It helps cos it’s hot
It’s quite beautiful I’d say
The leaves are all green and lush
But the wind is sure blowing
The winds given the clouds a push
The rains on its way
We are expecting thunder
What can I say
It was a beautiful day!

The clouds
Paint a picture
They look like angels wings
Not moving, just there
The angels do care
Thick clouds floating by
Passing in the sky
With a blue sky behind
And the sun shining through
Gives a beautiful hue
The fluffy white clouds
Are now dragging the grey
I think it will rain
Later today!
The forecast did say!

One of a kind
Our heart entwined

The mind is a powerful thing
if you can swing
It can be happy
Good to be wappy
It can be sad
But that’s not so bad
It can be a selfish thing
Not a wish I’d sing
It can be thoughtful
Even distort-full
The mind
can be unkind
But the mind can be beautiful
But Only if dutiful
The mind can be powerful
Or the mind can be weak
But the mind is our own
That only we can tweak!

The sweet sweet summer hath come
Summer is the best season to many or some
When the flowers all bloom
Filling light in the room
And the air is warm and fine
And the sun begins to shine
And everything is green

Aquarian moon croissant moon
Twinkling stars
A clear black but beautiful sky
The night is ours
The night is young
The night is unsung
Let’s eat Alfresco
With a glass of wine
And look to the moon
In the star lit sky!

Leaves you feeling very numb
There’s nothing we can do
And believe me that is true
We all are born into this world
Huddled and hurled
And we all have to die one day
Lying where we once did lay
Some of us will want to pray
As we start to float away!

Summer came and went
Glad we’re not in a tent
Where’s that sun gone
The rain is to come
And it’s only June
The rain will be here soon
Those grey clouds
Are like shrouds
But to be fair
It’s in the air
The grass , trees, plants I think
All in Need of a drink
But we need both rain and sun
The rains no fun
Bring back the sun!
