Hello.. I usually write song lyrics - and also recently tried automatic writing, and experimenting now instead with this more succinct form. It takes up less space on paper and in my mind, still enables focus and a certain kind of depth of a thought dive.

Tiny voice repeats
Chattering pins
Seized each warm hair
