I could not tell then and now how the long lines of lies tied us together the bond of chains that grieved our hearts seeing we were as dry leaves on earth when the lord would device his far reaching arms and save our souls from this madness around us I was made of flesh you were blood the long trees of the forest whispered secrets into our hearts I could not tell then and now how the long lines of lies tied us together we are as we came we are as we will go it's the long lines of lies that ties us together.

The Last Saturday That I lived once
When the nights will become boring and the days utterly long. When our memories will become mists in the distant skyline. When our lights will fade into the thin wintry morning! When many a seasons will come and many a seasons will go Who will remember you? And who will remember me? My dearest one! Like we always will.

Into the fading light
I hear you playing the piano wakes me up The sun sweeps across my body shards of your fragrance fills my heart And as I look out the balcony I feel alive I feel loved I love this sun I love this morning I love this hour I love your soft notes from the piano But you are only here for the weekend leaving tomorrow! leaving me, with shards of your fragrance.

Shards of your Fragrance
There is a crowd going to the North City bound on a passenger rail They are going to attend the national rally to fight for their aims. They sing in the rail along the roads leading to the stage of men and women feeling jubilant in their sorrows and their pains The stage is set the world must follow as their misery has come to an end. So, they thought Until they did remember those Forsaken Promises!

Forsaken Promises!
The midnight moon drunken with lustful flames glisten across her naked face. She a marvelous melody sings softly by. And the distant mountains are flames In this unforsaken lands of desire.

The Midnight Moon
There is a beauty in summer in the warm winds caressing your hair There is a beauty in sunshine In endless days slumbering by reading Derek Walcott and Charles Baudelaire. There is a happiness in summer of bright skies and ice cream parlors. of fond memories and fonder friends For the joys of summer are never truly forgotten.

The joys of summer
I opened the door to our studio apartment To collect the strewn memories That you have left In the bedroom on the kitchen floor Looking over the balcony. And everytime I asked myself, darling! Why me? Why us? Why now?

Why me? Why us? Why now?
As the tiring night quietly forgot The dying of the sun rose the splendid moon to bless the night 3 am on an October night As I opened the windows overlooking the treacherous life of a man in his early sixties a life of inks and papers a newspaperman In the digital age of rushing days and hectic afternoons late-night cafes and morning blues I remembered every tick and clang of the quiet sound of travelling time

The Quiet Sound Of Travelling Time
On Avenue 57 beneath the blinding sun Her breath is a touch of Magic Her embrace is just a friendship Like dust upon stones She completes our journey Here on Avenue 57 We are just friends On a blooming field of gold
