17/F/Virginia enjoy my mediocre poetry
I desperately grasp at your clothes while I drown in the void, a foreboding farewell The changing of seasons The changing of ages When was it again that I fell? Down at the shoreline Where the sea and the sky meet, an immense divide. Tumultuous Cacophonous Deafening self-made arguments What day will I finally die?

the curls of smoke remind me of the way your fingers used to wrap around my thighs

potential
Next time you talk to me Take a second glance Dig a little deeper Don’t just graze over my features And conform to the other superficials Look me in the eyes Peer into my soul What you find won't be a surprise Your eyes will fall upon the many fragments that comprise of me The many fragments that I have stolen from others Pieces of personalities that I have adopted as my own For I have stripped myself of my individuality And to most that is a incomprehensible thought Why would one do such a horrible thing to themselves? Why would one take the time to deconstruct themself Pick apart every piece of their being And will every part of them to be something they’re not? Why darling, I’ve done it for you

Fragments
What are you searching for? As your hands wander Across every curvature Every peak Every valley That comprises of me Why do they linger Ever so slightly? Is it for the unspoken reason That we know our love won't last So you try to remember Try to map out Every aspect of my body Of my being To add to your extensive collection of maps That you ever so carelessly Threw away

Hands
I have a proposition A small inclination That we should just stop And run away from these constraints That bind us to these pointless repetitive lives

A Pointless Proposal
I don't want you to be subtle anymore Those little hints you give Those quick glances of approval How your hand accidentally brushes against mine How you avert your eyes when I notice you staring The touch of your hand upon my arm as you laugh at my jokes Those little side comments that imply more than what was said I want all of you Stop holding back Grab my hand and hold it with all of your might Laugh with all of the oxygen your lungs will provide you with Openly admire me with those dark analytical eyes Speak the first nonsense that may enter your mind Don't be afraid of the stupid walls and guidelines society has built Let down your guard Dispel your fear I plead for you To finally let your passion mirror that of mine And let our flames burn in synchrony And let this loving without restraint Take it's own course
