I told you, I never understood physics, and gathered up my skirt up, climbed down the ladder. Balance, you said and extended your hand, it's all about your center of gravity. I took that to mean you'd love me with my up's and down's, but not my up's and down's, and took your hand for stability, and we went spinning.

there's that crick in my neck I used to fish in and, that inch-full can of ginger-ale I left in the cup holder, in the center console of the car, these last few nights. let's swim in that.
