Beauty is the ocean of copper coils that washes over your mindfulness Your earth-dawned eyes flutter with every thought and notice everything Tears dance and fall in tempo as you sink with each emotion in their entirety Hues of mismatched tones blend together and bless you with an illuminating radiance Rosy petals settle with sweetness upon your face, bearing love with every kiss Your shoulders hold the weight of so many worlds Your chest pains from anger and anguish And yet your heart beats powerfully in darkness, with wounds adorning its core, your grip on hope never loosens I will always love you for that

Choosing yourself before someone else... is hard a tug-of-war on heartstrings between a love, and a life that nurtures it Choose yourself for them and if they love you, they will wait for you Just as you'll return after working towards them

My anxiety eats at me. It slowly devours me from the inside out, and it hurts. It runs through my veins, makes my heart race, and teases me with mild subsides. Deep breaths stoke its fire and clear minds fade rapidly to constant thoughts. If it's not one thing, it's another, and another, and another. I just want freedom from the feeling of ants marching through my mind, picking at my last piece of sanity like meat off of discarded bones.

Ants

My anxiety eats at me. It slowly devours me from the inside out, and it hurts. It runs through my veins, makes my heart race, and teases me with mild subsides. Deep breaths stoke its fire and clear minds fade rapidly to constant thoughts. If it's not one thing, it's another, and another, and another. I just want freedom from the feeling of ants marching through my mind, picking at my last piece of sanity like meat off of discarded bones.
