I've always loved to write since my first memory of picking up a pencil. I was always writing stories or thinking about writing stories. If I wasn't writing I was reading. I wrote my first poem at 14 and haven't stopped since. It opened my mind and soul in a way I've never experienced before. There is nothing quite like the expression of oneself through poetry, introspection & writing:
Woven together in my belly
First breath a fiery tendril war cry
Rooting for a milky breast
Translucent skin flutters against mine
Traces of ****** life remain
The last visible connection clipped
Connections however remain unseen
Forever branded between our souls
Fiercely protective I never waver
My life is none without theirs
One may not exist without the other
