I was hesitant at first for I have been loved by none and broken by many, yet you see right through me
Every emotion I go through no matter how hard I try to hide
you see me, and you love me unconditionally.
How rare is it to find a love like this
someone who understand you, picks your brain, wants you even on you darkest days . Someone to remind you how important you are, how much you're worth.
I find it hard to write about love rather than heartbreak, but
you make it easy.
you made me love myself again and truly cherish the life we live.
Songs, Movies, Books , They are now all about you
and it is so sweet to be loved by you.

mine cold with calluses
they fit perfect together like they weren't meant to be apart
I'll play the bass while you play guitar
creating rhythmic depth while you make melodic riffs
Like the moon admiring the sun I can't help but smile when I see you
There are millions of cliches I could say right thinking of you
But none of them would do justice to how strong I feel for you
like how people need oxygen, light needs dark, yin needs yang, summer needs winter, flowers need sun, like a boeing 747 needs fuel.
All of these and you still mean more to me than them.

Why not take the chance ?
What is the worst that is gonna happen ?
Heartbreak.
Emotions coming over me in a huge wave and I can't escape.
Why would I willing put myself through that pain ?
Knowing, Seeing, And Feeling the lost of your interest.
But they are just a person
And Heartbreak is temporary
You can't live your whole life in what ifs
Cause then nothing will happen.
and you will stay in this hole of self pity.

showing nothing but pure intentions.
a person approaches looking at my heart
admiring, watching, waiting.
studying, listening, stalking.
what makes it race?
what makes it calm?
you leave.

i see you again this time with a bag
my heart races just seeing you
what could be in the bag?
roses, candy, wine?
perfume, stuffed animal, a ring?
as you unzip the bag the glass box starts sinking into the floor.
my whole heart out in the open for you
beating loudly to show you how much i love you
the box stops.
the heart keeps racing but this time in fear.
hammer and nails.
the box tries to cover the heart as fast as it can
but remember... its made of glass
smash! smash! smash!
my box my wall destroyed

thump one nail thump two nails thump thump thump
my heart shattered
barley beating
content with the work
you leave

iron walls come up

Why
It's a question I have to everything.
Why do I hurt ?
Why do I feel so empty ?
Why... does the world stop when you look at me ?
Most of the whys are simple answers
Why do the birds fly south ? (to get warmer climates)
Why does the earth spin ?
(because there are no forces acting to stop it.)
But I have no answers when I ask why I feel the things I feel for you
I know I shouldn't.

Such simple words anyone can say
I love dogs, I love the rain, I love you.
What I crave no, yearn for is much more than that.
I want obsession.
I want you to look for me in everyone you meet
Compare them to me only to realize they aren't me.
When you see me I want your heart to beat so loud even I can hear it
My scent so intoxicating for you it's your own personal drug
For just a simple glance I give you urges you to fall to your knees and worship the ground I walk on.
