i am a schizophrenic mouse
i live on about a house
i know not who
but someone told me
that i had killed my spouse
i bide my time
wallowing amongst the grime
waiting for the day
that i get jailed
for a subconscious crime
sometimes i find
myself in a state of mind
where i do not know
what is real because
everything is undefined
