Bundled up under blue bird skies
We are drawn Up
Up above the naked ground
Up to where a white blanket lies
draped over the mountain’s jagged edges
Through this land we fly
Up again, Down again
Our feet encased in plastic
Until our bodies can no longer
bear the gravity
And we are pulled Down
Down to the naked ground
Until next season
