Luna the Moon Earth's satellite My, she looks so lovely and bright She lightens our lands In her nightly gleam This heavenly object in orbit dream She's pitted and scarred Through eons of hits But still above us she patiently sits Her ability to control our oceans and seas Is quite a feat, considering where she! To have the grace to invite us to land To take her rocks and her lunar sands So if we decide to habitat the Moon She's the bride and man the groom This beauty in the sky who shines at night For millions of years such a wonderful sight

Our Moon
As i stare at the sky Thinking thoughts In this meadow of bloom My life, what its taught To be kind with respect Any colour at all Honour and obey Our elders call Walk with pride With your head held high We should all walk together Lets give it a try As i lie back in the meadow Enjoying the sky My Butterfly thoughts As they flutter by

Butterfly Thoughts
I lie here thinking And think of tomorrow The day after that And the next days tomorrow Where will i be The day after that Another day passes Another stat Decisions are made Reasoning is passed When decisions are delayed Tomorrow is last So all out there Understand me I very much doubt I will ever be free This statement i say Is from heartfelt sorrow For if no decisions are made Then there is no tomorrow

Who is actually out there That the multitudes believe What religion is really there That they all see How many are actually out there That makes them all believe What religions are actually out there That they all see and believe How do they know they are there What have they seen that they believe All their religions they say that are out there That have never ever been seen So many scripts and fables Passed down through the times Passages from village elders Etched and changed their minds Do believers look back even further To well over two thousand years When the village elders decided To suppress, enhance their fears Do believers go back even further When the land produced their gods Volcanoes, lightening and thunder Became their staff, their rod As i return from beyond the dark On travels that you can't comprehend Others actually know where you came from If told, would send you round the bend All that you believe in Was passed down through the years The elders of human history Suppressed you, to contain your fears

Who is Actually out There
Awesome power is it natures wrath To devastate all in its path Twisters, winds driving rain Leaves no place to look the same In a way as it gathers pace Never in a human place Hidden killer out at sea Land urge where it wants to be Building strength, gathers speed To destroy any breeds The one i recall in this worlds arena This phenomenon called Hurricane Katrina Louisiana, New Orleans Was subject by one so mean Her awesome might hammers home We are not on this world alone The sights viewed all around the world Natures torture from her living swirl To consternate these Southern Lands The rains and winds spew from her glands The aftermath and splatter view Killed so many, survivors few City blocks submerged and broken A legacy of natures token New Orleans Jazz continues to play Although nature won this day Resilient folks, awesome place Human nature won this race Undercover we will rise But in mother nature we will not despise She gives us life, we share her hope To view her strength, we can not gloat
