and strong

"you have to learn to love every part of you"
but that's hard when you have people
constantly judging you
and lowering your self-esteem
until there's nothing left at all
it isn't as easy as it looks
and one day there'll be nothing left to love
in a desperate attempt to hide from the cuts and scars
we all need a place for us to escape,
or even just feel safe from the harsh reality
or we'd all be hollow and souless,
struggling to get through each day.
