Let's walk through nature on a fall day
See the colorful leaves of autumn play
The cool wind in our hair as we hold hands
The air so crisp blowing across the land
The crunch of our footsteps on the fallen leaves
We walk off the path and dance with the trees
As the Sun goes down and the moon rises
I put my arms around you and listen for surprises
We lay down ready for slumber
The days of fall bring such wonder

In a world full of pain look for pleasure
Hold on to the good memories and let them last
Life is special dont let anyone tell you different
The truth is life is better spent with others
Always know there is someone
It may be a friend, lover, or family member
Life is meant to be shared with company

This is what happens when I think about you
I get in my feelings and
I start reminiscing
I guess it's just what humans do

When did relationships become a game?
It's all about scoring points instead of the ride.
It's now "love" you then leave you.
I don't want that...
I want someone to spend time with
Not centered on love making but caring and enjoying the person
When I look in their eyes I feel warm and at home
Someone to snuggle with knowing that *** is not the only thing on their mind
I want a true relationship, I hope that it sails one day

Helping others is the best feeling
It's the high you should want
The drug to get addicted to
If I could I would help everyone
The poor
The sick
The abused
The unloved
And all those in between
My passion is to help
Sometimes I get caught up in helping others
I forget to help myself

Friends by any name are a gift of life
Best, boy, or girl each prefix brings joy
Some people have friends in rife
You dont need 100 or even 10
Having one good friend is all you need
Friends bring happiness time and time again
Some people are not as fortunate and need morale
If you dont have a friend then grab my hand and I'll be your pal

The untouachable stars twinkle and above the stream
They glisten as do a thousand diamonds
The stream gently flows as does silk through hands
Although cold, it refreshes and soothes all who embrace it
A cool breeze lifts you up into the sky
You see the treetops as reminders that there is more above
Each tree slowly waving goodbye through the wind
All the constellations greet you with a sparkle
The nocturnal animals come out and play in what is thought to be the dead of night
They sing and dance for the joy of life
The animals truly appreciate the wonders of night
At first there is silence
By listening closer you hear the insects
The insects despite demonization enjoy the night as well
Fireflies light up the area while cicadas play their song
You may also hear the howling winds
One would say they are haunting
If you truly listen you hear momentous stories
The stream speaks nonsense expecting you to interpret it into beauty
The night smells of what can only be described as relaxation
Some say it's cool like a frozen pond
Others will exclaim it is that of fresh dew condensing
Whatever it is to you is opinion
Every opinion of smell, sight, or hearing is correct nonetheless
The night is wondrous
Some choose to slumber come nocturne
You can find me in awe at the beauty of what is simply known as night

I thought I would never miss it
I've gone this far without doing that
But now that I've thought again I do
I miss being around such a funny person
You could always make me laugh
When times were bad you made me feel good
From fun to romance I enjoyed it
I realise now that no one else has done that
Sure they were fun to be around
None of them were as amazing as you
This isn't a hateful or persuasive poem
It's the truth
It doesn't matter if this is seen it needed to be said
I want to feel that again and maybe this time it will work out
No success comes without failure

I hate small talk
Although it's a start
It's always the same questions
Those questions beg similar answers
"How's your day"
"Do you like the weather"
I want big talk
Two intellectuals conversing
I want to talk about space
The intricacies of clouds
The beauty of the world
Or even controversies
Let's all take the time to move from mere small talk to big talk

I want someone to cuddle when the Sun goes down
They can give me a smile out of a frown
We can laugh together at seemingly nothing
Maybe they would dance or sing
I want someone to share fun times with
When I would leave I'd seal the day with a kiss
There wouldn't need to be words for me to admire
I could look at their face and never tire
Maybe someday I could find this person
But for now it's what I want you will find me searching
