Finnish Been writing a long time, and been off of writing for an equally long time. / Now I'm back for seconds. / / I started publishing my works on a finnish poetry site in the year 2004, if I remember correctly. I worked in the association also for a few years before quitting for personal reasons. About the same time (2007) I also got the Writers Block - no inspiration, and when it hit me, no words. / / Here's to better luck this time around!
Last time I promised to tell you a story but couldn't, for then fell the nights veil These are the words of horror, not of glory, so be braced, it is time for a tale: - - - The Goddess, poisoned of mind had a plan of which to me she did not tell She would help me, so my love I could find and then send us together to Hell Out of envious love she would do this and out of furious rage She would rip us off of our bliss and place us in a fiery cage - - - She appeared to the edge of the pond and spoke these words through tears "You know not that of You I am fond. Love me now, or face your deepest fears!" She understood my answer as I grasped my sword and cast a dark spell, then took a step back Thru mists of time came the words of the Dark Lord: "Welcome to my domain." and all went black - - - We were spun in time and spun thru place we were spun and spun and spun We were spun before the Dark Lords face to a world void of golden rays of the Sun Hellions fell upon us, they fell with numbers too high pressing hard, almost to our death it came Back to back we fought, my Love and I, but suddenly it stopped, the wild now tame Upon us he gazed, then upon us he spoke as he strode from the Shadows of Flame "Be it final death to whom takes the first stroke, hear me now, for only once I make this claim!" We did battle with the Lord of Agony and Grief we battled, and nigh was our win I struck his chest and for a moment so brief Time stopped; as if to touch His chin Then came a flash that blinded our eyes the Lord lay, breathing with a dying tone with his last breath he gave us his prize "Just look Beyond the fire and you shall be home." This we did, and indeed we did with joy and true his words, for we passed the Veil; That day marked also the birth of our Boy but his deeds, they are yet another tale

We Live For the One, pt.3

They say some people touch us in a way that no other can, that they are somehow fine-tuned to our wavelenght and that they live on the same street, the same theater and the same play, and that the best things in life happen when we touch them the same way. When we met that's exactly what I felt with you, and I'd like to believe that I touched you too. That I was not one to graze your skin and leave only a scar, but rather one to caress your night sky and ignite a new star. That one week we shared driving, planning, golfing, talking, swimming, laughing, eating, sleeping caressing and loving, all the breakfasts, lunches, dinners and coffee stops, good throws, bad throws, laughs, looks, kisses and hugs all the moments we shared, the low lows and the high highs those are the things that made the last summer the best in my life After that week I could not control my emotions, I found myself in the deep end. What's done is done, as you like to say but I'm glad I did not pretend to not have those feelings, instead I revealed them. No regrets, I'm just sad that things went wrong for us then. I think of you now, and I see a friend I have lost connection with. A friend I wanted to get to know better, and whom with I wished to share witty banter and laughter and joy and fun, whom with I could've stolen a few more days in the sun. There are no delusions left because things are not like they were before. So I'd like to be your friend now. (unless of course the day comes when you wish me to be more.) - - - There is, however, one thing I need you to know. I can never get over you if getting over you means not loving you. I choose not to. I choose to love You as a woman and a friend, with all my heart, always. Come meet me halfway, and we can still find our way we can still be as light as the summer air on our skin as warm as the sunlight on our faces and as happy as the smiles on our lips

Slowly came over my final sleep of halls of Gods I dreamed I dreamed I fell five fathoms deep but in peace or so it seemed There was a music like I never heard a symphony of heavenly chords The music was like a flight of a bird a lament by creations Lords My fall, it ended on whitest stone ever so softly did I land It was like a beautiful feather flown that comes down on paradise sand I landed to the feet of a Goddess who, delicate of figure, held the might of a bear Smiling she told me: "I am called Aless, and for love I took heed of your prayer." Gazing at my soul with her endless eyes she saw every strenght and sore For many moments she searched my soul for lies and then asked me a question of Lore "Can you meet the quest and rise above? Can you answer the question of Lore? If you can, if you truly rise above I will grant you your wish and more." Unsure what to say I took thought for a while then slowly I rose from her feet I greeted her pose with a triumphant smile and said: "Your challenge I will meet." Like a lightning I was thrown to another world a world of various, colourful dreams The dreams danced and the dreams, they swirled to Eternity; or so it seems I came about an emerald pond; the mirror reflecting my fears There was a swan with a chain as a bond and it was crying ruby-like tears Through the dreams said a voice so clean; "All there is to be said you have heard and all there is to be shown you have seen now answer: What will free this bird?" A true poet knows the Essence of a Tear a true poet knows it can break any chain My love made me a poet, made it all so clear her tears would end the eternal pain - - - Of course it wasn't as easy as this it turned to a life and death race Still at night I hear that mad hiss and I see the horrors we had to face With my beloved horrid creatures I did fight we fought the Legions of Hell Ah, but this is a story for another night for I hear the Midnights Bell

"We live for the one, We die for the one." Upon shouting these words I knew not that we'd arrive upon this ledge. So horribly the fates twisted this plot, although we made our pledge. Those words of the solemn oath made my darkest hours echo on, and in my darkest hours growth again and again, you were gone. I memorized the times we had, I memorized them all, still I see you, golden-clad, the way your curls, they fall. I memorized the words you said upon our passions peak, and the afterscape of your small bed as we sailed down the creek. Last winter, a cold and windy eve I met a man on a slope, his words I could not believe, they held a fragile hope. "They rumour of a ledge of myth." This is what the stranger said. "According to my kin and kith it can even revive the dead." I left my home that very night, left chanting goodluck charms. Travelling through pain and plight, I carried you in my arms. My lifes longest turn of a year I tread throughout this land. Then finally I knew - "I am here." and laid you on the sand. With all the love I have for you I let go of the promise so untrue, I forgot my oath of Rangers pride and laid down right by your side. "Hear now Gods my true pledge, my essence in love I give! I give my life on this ledge so that she shall live!" I knew the stranger had not lied I felt it in every part, so with my last breath I tried to tell what is in my heart "I cannot deny, I will not fight against these tides so blue, we might say We Live For the one, but now I die for You"

This is my bleak and lonesome hell I will miss you so, but I can't tell I can't tell you what is on my mind and soon you'll leave me behind This is not a lie, this is true What have I ever felt when not feeling you? This is not fantasy, this is true What on earth will I do when not doing it with you? This is not a lie, this is true What have I ever had that compares to you? This is not fantasy, this is true What the hell am I thinking when not thinking of you?

Not a lie, not Fantasy
We, the Dreamers, are thus alike. For our dreams we will fight, and we'll write the future history less ****** than the past, with our dreams we'll build a peace to last!

We, the Dreamers
You step inside take your gown off at the door give me a glance that says: "You should've known better" I don't seem to care can't bring myself to say a word nothing to describe how sorry a guy can be You have no right to be there looking all **** you know? Dress up again, would you love and walk out now That way we wouldn't we wouldn't, would we? You don't leave then you still look like an angel You still know how to touch me and I am still yours to take after, the world is still we're both just raindrops slowly down the window of life we go
