I still taste your sweat on my lips I still feel your soft skin on my palms I still smell your scent on the sheets I once slept in I still hear your sharp words cutting through my ears I still see your ice cold eyes looking back into mine I still taste your mouth against mine I still feel your coarse hair in my fists I still smell your sleeping body beneath my cheek I still hear your heart beating into my head I still see your ice cold eyes looking back into mine

Still
Your breath stings at the back of my neck like the Brisk winter chill of snowy nights in Ithaca. I’m Enthralled by the softness of your still naked body Emitting heat upon the depths of my soul. The ice Evaporates as we fall through the sky and my only Chance for survival throbs through your essence and Into mine. Complete me with your silence and keep me Here running thick through your blood. Don’t let go Until sunlight peers through the glass and a new day Awakens our sleeping lust. Then forget me again Till the timing is right as i wait in my fortress for The kiss of your soul coming to greet me once more I won’t let my heart believe that I’m simply your w*ore For the princess inside me deserves so much more Than your ice cold invitations welcoming me to war I can never win, for I cannot let go Whether we carry on as friends or foes, You will always be my lover.

You Will Always Be My Lover
An enchanting silhouette shimmers in the distance She possesses a beauty so deep that it penetrates your Soul; Sends shivers up your spine and suddenly You are short of breath, but your eyes can’t stop Catching glimpses of soft skin across the way Her eyes catch yours racing over her body. Your Heart stops. She looks away again, but Extracting your fixed gaze is nearly impossible She has put you in a trance without saying a word And then she moves; Feet dance across the floor All you can focus on is the shape of her Body moving closer as you smell sweet revenge Seeping from her pores. Your heart races, and your palms, They sweat. You taste her as she glides past you Eyes following, your head turns in tune with her body You are numb. Can’t move. But, mustn’t let her get away. Her energy lifts you up from your chair as you run, Run as fast as you can after this creature from above But you cannot catch up. She slips fast away with the Wind. She is gone. Gone. Gone. Gone. Gone. Your body hits the wet ground. And you are left sobbing Like a child who has lost his dear mother. You lay Wishing you had stopped her as she walked past you Wishing you had gotten up to follow her a second sooner Wishing you were fast enough to capture her heart But you were too enthralled to picture yourself with her For you believed you were not worthy. Yet, she will forever Rest in the back of your mind, as the divine woman who Penetrated your soul, and walked away with your dignity.
