In the middle of winter,
a boy played in a field of snow.
He built a snowman, made snowballs
with delight on his face.
He did everything he can
to savor it as it lasts.
For he knows that
winter will go, snowfall will stop.
He came across a train track,
in a cold, abandoned station.
Arms spread wide,
he walked on the trails.
He fell and fell,
but it never stopped
his willpower to see
the end of what he started.
As he reached a certain point,
the track split into two.
One, with animals and plants blooming,
and the other, with pure snow falling.
He wanted more snow,
and decided to journey the latter.
However, a sudden urge
demanded to be noticed.
He felt cold, in need of warmth.
The boy, satisfied,
walked his chosen path.
A thought suddenly entered his mind,
“Too much snow is bad,” he uttered.
“It’s playtime with spring now.”

I'm walking down the street
with my eyes staring
at the rough road.
Unable to lift my head.
Unable to ease my pain.
I wonder about a lot of things.
Worsening the claws of sorrow
that continues to envelop me.
But then,
A ray of hope drew near me,
with a voice
so sweet and gentle.
"Cheer up, little one."
My ray of hope said.
Little by little,
I felt a rush of emotion
conquering those painful claws.
With a smile,
I continued to walk down
the path I'm taking.
"Yes," I smiled.
"Life is too precious,
for me to waste it."

I tried my best to save her.
Now that she's safe,
She left me here, struggling.
She never took a glance at me,
who's suffering.
who's hopeless.
who's in need of salvation.
I am drowning.
I tried my best to save myself.
But no matter what I do,
My last ray of hope left me,
Like trash of no use.

The nighttime came,
Fulfilling its promise to come back.
Illuminating the whole world,
By revealing the beautiful stars.
Staring up in the sky,
With tears falling downhill,
Trying to make my cheeks dry,
But it's no use, still.
You're not here with me,

Just like the sun and the moon,
Chasing each other, but can never meet.
Everytime I see stars,

Like a piece of useless debris.
Unable to fight,
Unable to stand.
Punches and kicks
Slaps and strikes
He received all of those
With widely open arms.
Baneful words
Brutal comments
All thrown at him
Like pebbles and rocks.
Groaning in pain
Sobbing in the dark
Drowning in misery
With bruises and marks.

No matter what I do,
I still can't ease the pain.
It feels like it would eat my whole being,
And I wish that could happen.
Eyes,
crying and crying.
I hope this sorrow leaves me.
Tears,
falling and falling.
I wish I could fight for you and I.
The pain that stabbed me,
Won't go away unlike what you did.
The scar that lingers as time passes by,
Won't close up,
unlike what your heart did.
Before you left me,
You could've given me some morphine
For that could help me
**** the pain that tries to **** me.

Morphine is useless, too.
