When I heard people talk about Minotaur's they would always be wrong, they would say his lower half took the shape of a bull, his upper a man, if you thought this too don't worry it's a common misconception, they would say he was created because Pasiphae fell for a bull, although that is half right it is still wrong, the Minotaur was a creature who's body was human and held the head of a bull, he wasn't created just because Pasiphae fell for a bull, he was created because Minos didn't sacrifice the bull Poseidon sent, Poseidon forced Pasiphae to lust over the bull as punishment and bare its child, the Minotaur was created in spite because Poseidon failed to get his way, he was locked away and labeled as a 'Monster' just because he was different, when one of Minos three children were killed he ordered 7 Athenian youths and maidens to be sacrificed to the Minotaur each year, the Minotaur never asked for any of that, he was luck enough to get a name, sure he was different but he was still a kid, he deserved the right to live like the rest, in a home, with a bed, food, and family, he didn't deserve to be feared and hidden away, I'm happy Theseus slayed him, for he no longer had to live that life of misery.

Tale Of A Minotaur

A Thousand Poems

I am a poet, I write poetry, I can write poems about anything, whether it's a cat or a shoe, but for some odd reason, I can't write a single one about you, maybe it's because you shouldn't be compared to anything else, maybe it's because a thousand words wouldn't even begin to start to tell of, your beauty, your brains, your spirit, and your soul, maybe it's because I don't want to share your greatness with the world, for if they realize your potential they might use it for themselves, maybe it's because I'm selfish, that I want it to stay in a circle, maybe it's because just one poem won't do, for you deserve a thousand poems just about you.

Wybie, I wrote this letter in French because they have a saying that reminds me of you. The saying goes "C'est La Vie" means "This is life". you have been through so much and even though I wasn't there for you when you were going through it, I want to tell you how proud I am of you. This saying reminded me of you because even though you have been through everything you have been through, you overcame it and you pushed through. And I am so happy that you did, otherwise, I would have never met you. I would have never been able to see your beauty as if you were blessed by aphrodite herself, your smile as if apollo created it for you to light up every room with, you are like athena herself as you are filled with wisdom to share, you deserve so much, more than anyone on this planet could give you. The person you end up with shouldn't give you the world or the moon but the entire universe, they should be everything you've ever dreamed of, no matter what it takes, you should look for the person who wouldn't think it's too much. Know your worth and never settle, I will encourage you all the way, you have all the time to find that special someone. Travel the world searching if you have to, like I said, I will always be there to encourage you. You are a one-of-a-kind person. From your hot pink hair to the way you tie your shoes, there will never be anyone like you. You are the one and only Wybie I will ever meet. Happy Early Birthday

Wybie, I wrote this letter in French because they have a saying that reminds me of you. 'What If's'

You always hear about the bad when it comes to this couple, how Hades tricked Persephone into eating 6 pomegranate seeds, how Persephone was forced to live in Hell 6 months a year, how her mother was so devastated she created fall and winter, people never think about why they did it, people never think about the 'What If's', what if Hades loved Persephone and he gave her the choice, what if Persephone chose to be his wife, what if she only ate 6 seeds because she knew how her mother would react, we'll never know the true answers for we weren't there, we'll all have to go on someone's opinion of the story, for that is all it is, someone telling how they felt about someone else's choices.

I've always been a hopeless romantic, it's just the way I am, but I want to get one thing off my chest, hopeless romantics aren't for the weak, we care deeply, probably more than we should, we put in so much effort, more than you ever would, we are clingy, so much that you get annoyed, we're never the ones to break it off, it's always them, we're with you the whole way to the end, I've always been a hopeless romantic, it's just the way I am, so please think before you commit to me, because I'm tired of the one-sided love, I want a relationship, I want someone who puts in effort and love.

Hopeless Romantic

I've always been a hopeless romantic, it's just the way I am, but I want to get one thing off my chest, hopeless romantics aren't for the weak, we care deeply, probably more than we should, we put in so much effort, more than you ever would, we are clingy, so much that you get annoyed, we're never the ones to break it off, it's always them, we're with you the whole way to the end, I've always been a hopeless romantic, it's just the way I am, so please think before you commit to me, because I'm tired of the one-sided love, I want a relationship, I want someone who puts in effort and love.

Spider Lilies

If I was a word, I would be the word "Fatigue", In case you don't know what it means, I'll add a definition, Fatigue means having a lack of energy and motivation, it's not what you think, I promise you that, I'm not the word Fatigue because I lack motivation, I'm not the word Fatigue because I don't do anything, and I'm certainly not the word Fatigue because I am "lazy", now those are two different things, I am the word Fatigue because I am a high achiever, I work myself day and night to be at the top, I work myself so much that I get thrown into a slump, I work myself so much I don't have the motivation to do anything else, I know it may not seem like I'm the word "Fatigue", and maybe I'm not, I might be the word "Exertion" or possibly "Deprived", I'll let you all tell me but for now, I'll stick with what I got.

People always told me I'm "mature" for my age, I always assumed that was a good thing, it wasn't until I realized why I'm so "mature", the things I went through as a child, the reasons why I had to "mature" early, the childhood of mine that was cut short, I have always been more "mature" than my peers, I used to wear it like a badge of honor, until I realized the dark side of being "mature" for your age.
