I have looked and seen, there is nothing there. Yes there was once, now it cost to much to care.
Glory to Glory, watch sunset fade away
Perhaps King and Queen should know, that, they Had their day....

Suffocating, lungs burning, begging for air as does my soul, my being. **** this...
Floating, trapped, sea of wanton despair. Not of my making, Peace, I want, not soul death, not this... How can death be normal, how? **** this.
Terminal experience, lies I will not believe, not ever. **** this, **** this, **** this.
Soul rages, radiant anger, flaming magma rage. **** this, **** this, **** this.

Mounted the platform to decry their griefs, age upon age inflicted.
Soaring oratory, clipped grief, released flowing sorrows.
Sweeping how the moments passed, years amount to decades
Decades to centuries tumbled out, epochs rivers flow by
Strange how this was not enough for their griefs description
In times fullness, fullest times, Lord of the Hall interrupted
Have you answered yourself Dearest Ones, does your heart see what's undone?
Yes, we have and now we see and return to where we come from...

I, no we, we stand here, here in this place, on this ground, we stand. Here, where The Great and Grand have stood, we stand.
Their Spirits from above, and here cover us, will bless and guide us and Our Generations for we are their generations.
Their greatness, their courage, their prayers abide here and we have no fear, we are secure in them.
A merging of lines, we are. Many cords make us strong and we, yes, we are here.
I look to my right and I see my rock she who holds my heart and holds me secure, the one without whom I would not be here. I look forward smiling confident I, no, WE are here.

Life is like a river
Life is like a river, the goal to swim upstream
We thought it would be easy, but it's not what it seemed
Jumping in all was constricted, gasping, coughing comes the breath
Scraping, gouging cross the bottom no air here to catch a breath
Bleeding hands grabbed twig and Vine, finding purchase on a rock
Coughing, hacking out the weakness, take a moment taking stock
A sickly weak voice rises up, asking Hey Man What's The Point
Hold on tight strap in tight make your home this rock.
.
But life is like a river and the goal to swim upstream
Cast off from the resting place, fight, struggle but don't stop
Those things we want and what we need are way up there, unseen
And life is like a river and the goal to swim upstream
