Don't be surprised when you find me. Laying motionless, eyes wide in the bathtub. When the water has been stained with red. And my arms are torn open from wrist to elbow. Don't be surprised when I'm smiling.

I'll be Smiling
You tell me that I'm needed, That there's something I don't see. But I'm scared to let you see it, This thing inside of me. I'm not alright, You should know this by now. Because I'm hurt, And I am broken, Don't make me tell you how. You tell me that you know me, That I have that 'certain spark'. But the only thing you'll get from me, Is a twisted and broken heart.

Twisted Heart
The moon is casting, Light upon the floor. Where I lay waiting, Waiting, For the knock upon the door. For men in suits, With big black boots, Who will take me away for sure. Because the moon is casting, Light upon the blood stained floor. Where I lay beside him grinning, Grinning, Beside my husbands corpse.

****** ******
I blanket myself within torment and pain, Refusing to peek into the ever soft light. I tear at my flesh with a blade, Hoping that doing so would end my fright. I cry myself to sleep using my tears as lullabies, Only to sleep a nightmare filled never-ending slumber. I wake forcing my limp body out of bed, Knowing that by nightfall the sorrow that the day would bring, Is the only thing that I'll care to remember.
