Once upon a time a girl met a thief She saw through his tricks, he opened her eyes Their love was quite great but their time was quite brief And once she was gone the world heard his cries He hung his head low and his knees hit the floor Another man came and offered to end the despair The thief begged him "do it" and the thief was no more The man simply laughed as his howls pierced the air Muscles turned over as flesh turned to fur Ears grew long and fangs sprout from jaws The new body takes over while his mind starts to blur Eyes glow like fire and blood drips from his claws To break this curse a brave one you must be For none can live, when the Beast is set free

Beast
She waits Biding her time Calm tides pulling her forward She laps at the shore Sings the soft song of the waves He cannot see her swirling amongst the froth She is nothing but danger to him Crashing, swirling, angry He will not approach her She rolls back into the open water Waiting once again

Waiting
I will never tell you I love you Unless I truly mean it So why do some say the things That they do not truly mean? When you left my heart ached My soul hollow My other half gone My best friend in a place I cannot reach But not once did I feel That temptation to do What everyone expects me to do Not once I will not throw away What is most precious to me For just any man Who tells me I'm pretty I do not want any man Because I chose you And choosing you means That I have to ache But do not worry about me love I ache for you But I know when I see you I will be whole once again So never tell me What it is you think I will do Because it'll never happen Ever No matter how far apart we are I will always love you Truly

Love is Love
I come from the clear blue water The false waves slapping the sides Ever quiet stillness from underneath Surrounded by sinking ships and colorful torpedoes The shadows of dogs over my head Screams of happiness Ripples of entering children Hollow pounding on shallow steps Chest aches of longing In my dangerously peaceful sanctuary Just a moment longer To feel the crisp clean summer air The smell of the wind and grass Then it comes, the beating of drums only I can hear Quickened by burning desire I reached the breaking point And burst from the black

I Come From the Water
Do be sure all passengers are comfortable Human and not quite human alike Don't ask non-human passengers to be in charge of the map Those from the sea especially Do try to entertain your passengers Your idiocy will surely do Don't act suspiciously when trying to avoid checkpoints and borders Police officers are not stupid Do make sure your passengers are well cared for and given everything they need Even the comatose ones Don't. Ever. Stop. Driving. Do hope you get there in time
