A horrific thunderbolt hit me right at my chest. Oh! what an assault. A hundred carafes of poison or the thousand rounds of bullets would have hurt less than the pain it caused when you abandoned me. But, I tried to deal with it. ‘Move on’, I urged my inner me. ‘I am not a loser. Quitting is never an option’, I tried to pacify the anguish. It did not aid. The palpable twinge troubled more; aww! my delicate heart. To sweep away the woe, I pact with the ***** Alas! Every sip of the nasty tipple ousted heavy flood from my shuddering eyes. I could tell you , love, that was quite a sight. Still the heart pounding, the excruciating truth, still unsolved. I banged my liquor’s glass in sheer dismay. Sane enough to halt the bleeding from the wound, I searched the bandage. Sadly, the wound was in heart. - Bhaskar Dhakal

Grievous Separation
If you could hug yourself, would you do it? For the pain you feel within, is understood no better by others than you. Have you ever cried tears of blood and felt that the heart is full of tears, instead? And you are still living, questioning yourself,'is this existence or survival'? Whatever it is, you don't care. You see no difference. You don't actually see at all. You are blank. Everything is black. That black, which has every colour in it. Will you be able to find a rainbow in it? Will you be able to find a 'lost you'? Will you recognize your own avatar? Will you even try? When you find 'yourself', what will you do? Will you hug 'yourself'? -@poetry_bhaskardhakal

Would you hug 'yourself'?
Five years from now, you will be a lady. You will marry: not only the man but his family, his misery n ecstasy, his flaws and his perfection. You will build patience and devotion. Each day, you shall be radiant and you shall shine. But will you still be mine? Fifteen years from now, you will be a mother. You will have a couple of kids. You will learn to: compromise and sacrifice. You will be softer, kinder and stronger. And you will also try to be harder. Happiness will no longer be abstract. You will be complete and you shall look more divine. But sweetheart, will you still be mine? Thirty years from now, you will have lived an era. You will be wise and insightful. Your children will look at you and be inspired. You will remember your parents and smile a little inside. You will have wrinkles plus your hair will turn grey. Those signs of ageing will never matter, hey. Because by then, You will have achieved everything and the whole world will be thine. But love, will you still be mine? Forty years from now, you will have grandchildren by your side. You will realize that heaven is not somewhere in the sky. You will look at those kids and thank the almighty for the years that passed by. You will have nothing to regret and every moment you'll feel satisfied. Kids, grand kids, laughter n love will be your ultimate wealth and your cloud nine. But my dear, will you still be mine?

Will you still be mine?
As you come home from your work, all tired, and you smile at me realizing that you are home, you look beautiful. And when you reach for me, and hug me like we have been parted for years, nothing seems more beautiful. Your warmth, your aroma, your soft silky hair, and the taste of your lips, makes me realize that I am finally home too. Without your dulcet voice, without you being there, home does not feel like home. Your laughter, the sound of your anklets, you calling me 'baby', your fragrance, your presence, is my home. With you beside me, as we gaze into the night sky, counting stars, I realize "Eternity was never too short before this."

Gloominess all around me I could see no light The pain is ruling, tears are flooding I know there is no way I can fight. I scream, I cry, I hit the walls but all I get is woe I curse my fate, sit in disgrace having nothing to do. They dragged me in this ocean of chaos blaming me that I committed a crime Now I can do nothing except to sit and hymn They smashed my face real hard and thwacked my jaw They made me naked on those frigid nights for breaking their law. They tortured me all night long just to make me accept the sin I had no any alternatives left except to agree and lean. I had no evidence of being innocent So I accepted the crime For I could not bear the grief that they gave me every time. Now, I am waiting for that day to come when the ropes embrace my neck I will then fly freely in the air with no pains to take.

Innocent prisoner
Free your mind, relax your soul Relish the present, forget the bygone Open up; identify the colors in the space Be hopeful and Make the most out of your existence Let the sun shine on you; take a bath in light Feel the energy; kick the impossibilities out of sight Chase a butterfly and listen to the birds chirping, How wonderful is their tone and the singing. Let yourself loose with the flowing rill Touch the serenity of a sea; tell me how do you feel? Watch the flowers blossom and lose yourself on the fragrance Set your foot out, embrace the rain and dance Let the wind tickle you and provide you the bliss Notice the glow on your beloveds’ face when you give them a kiss Don’t curse the dark, it bestows you the moon and the star Light the candles instead, push your terrors far Enjoy the life as if there is no tomorrow Be positive and you will discover no sorrow Unearth the splendors, they are all around you You smile at the world and the world will smile at you

The world will smile at you
This Valentine’s Day, I will not promise you the twinkling stars or the dreamily shimmering blue moon. No, don’t get me wrong, My love, But, I will not promise all those fantasies, that I cannot really gift you. But, I will vow to love you till the eternity And make you realize howspecial you are. And you’ll crave for no cloudland. Because my love will be your Only euphoria. And I will promise you Honesty, love, trust and happiness. I will not promise you the bed of roses only. For I know every rose comes with its thorn. Life can be cruel at times and I promise at those harsh moments, I will be the last person to leave you alone. What good are the big vows, when one fails to bestow even a simple smile? What good are the big crystal moon and the twinkling stars when you have eclipse in your heart and misery in your eyes? Today, my dear, the world has failed to realize that happiness comes from within. So sweetheart, I will not promise you only the happy days ahead. For life is the blend of ecstasy and agony. But I will assure you that in every strive, you’ll find your hand locked in mine and together we will make our future shine. I will not promise the expensive pillows to make you sleep at night. But I will guarantee that my arms will be there to hug you tight. And, in my arms, may your eyes shut with utter pleasure every single night… Today, I want you to know this, that your smile is my only Sunshine, Your ever glowing face is my full moon. And, the ever fluttering big glowing eyes are my glittering stars.. My love, if today, you catch my hand and whisper in my heart that you love me, then, I will need no particular day as Valentine’s day to love you and express myself. Because with you beside me every day will be my special day. Every day will be my Valentine’s day. Every day I will love you. I promise that.

When the conditions go wrong when there are no jingles of a song when the world loses its melody when there is nothing but the tragedy Together we shall stand When the flowers lose their fragrance when the peacock forgets the merry dance when the sunlight is clogged by the cloud when the shrieks of pain and terror are loud Together we shall stand Together we shall stand and find the desired path which leads us to the serene land leaving behind the abhorrence and the wrath Together we shall stand till you trust me and I trust you. we’ll create a world of new Just put your hand on my hand together we shall stand Together we shall stand Till the eternal days ahead………

Together we shall stand
We made love under a tree crazy me and obsessed thee Ah! holding each other so tight at the peeking pale twilight. Caressing you from the nose, sliding way down to your toes; I made the chills run down your skin kissing your cute trembling chin. Locking your soft lips with mine I used my tongue to give you a sign. Closing the eyes, you went with the flow You ripped my pant off and dragged it low Excited by your aggressive touch, I slowly removed your clothes. And when I undid your red bra you drew me closer and moaned ‘aahh’ You smelled sweet like the fresh smiling flowers And you were all mine for quite a few hours Your rapid hot breathe lured me more and more I bit your ******* took our emotions to the core. Delicately I went down and licked your **** that seemed to have aroused you a bit. Then you scratched my back with your nail I was happy to see my moves leaving a trail. Thus, it was time to go for the ultimate bliss So I pulled you closer and gave a passionate kiss Gently I resided my hardness in you to quench our lust Up and down I moved but tenderly at first With each swift push, you moaned loud by seeing your amazing charm, I was wowed. Time passed as we kept letting ourselves free And this is how we made love under a tree.

Adult poetry (18+)
I am a sound. Can you hear me? My vibration, my waves. Can you feel me? I am not anybody's echo. I am me, unique yet beautiful. If I remain unheard despite my presence, perhaps, I deserve someone better who is waiting just for me to complete his music.
