Tired of the future that people try to force upon you?

Not worrying what others think?
Just go and do what you do
Don't let others opinions hold you back
Do what you ways wanted to do
They can stay following the status quo while you go live your dreams
Don't do what you do for happiness of others
Do it for you
It's your life no theirs
Live your life the way you want to.

We sit in a daze
Watching it all change,
The days turn into months which roll into years
When we look up we see how we've changed
The kind are now evil
The happiest are now depressed
We find the fault in everybody
We find the bad in people
We use it against them
Then we realize, we've all changed

Silence is a beautiful thing
it is so calming and peaceful
but, sometimes to silence becomes to much
thats when you shatter
everything around you seems to change
the dark is frightning
the day is dreaded
the bright sunrises seem to fade
all because the silence became to loud
to much to handle

behind my mask of emotions, there are things youd never expect to see
The pain the day causes
The sadness that looking at you makes
The hate for what you made me,
all of my emotions
its all just a lie
a mask to keep you from my deepest thoughts
i never take off my mask
it is what keeps up my facade
i pretend that i am happy and okay
but im not
if you look hard enough past my mask
you will see the real me
