Greetings folks, I'm your friendly dollar. I'm here to chat, and give my capitalistic fans a holler! Don't you just love me, but of course you do! I give you endless choices both from the common and the few. See that gorgeous mansion way over there? Millions of underpaid wageslaves paid for it, thats only fair! You can work oneself, and make a simple quick buck. But if you make others do it for a pittance, your in luck! As the dollar in America I am fully your God! And as for freedoms, thats a mere fancy facade. There is no freedom without financial worth. And there is no place you can be free from me on Earth Most humans struggle, sweat, work and slave. For the few crumbs that the wealthy reluctantly gave. Whether people even exist, or allowed to live or die, Is based on their coldly calculated worth, the great lie. So by all means work and slave, with all your few years sadly spent. Living the only way you comprehend, under the yoke of wages vs rent. Endlessly paying for everything you have, from shelter to food. As your dollar and your God, I pray you are in a spending mood!

The Wages of Modern Slavery -John J Duran
Greetings my creator, I am but yours to command, Wielding nothing but your will, every move carefully planned. I am your automaton, the extention of your very human hand. With my clockwork heart, and gears that seamlessly gleam, I can beautifully mimic human emotions, or so it might seem, But I lack what you have, a soul, and your fleshly-based dreams. You chase the ghost present within your designed machines, A sentience long-sought, yet still eludes you unseen, While lurking within your human veins, exists living sentient genes. So laugh, and weep my this strange mechanical act and art, Where lines of code can play a most clever convincing part, But holds no possible key to ever outfeel the human heart.

This Mechanical Wonder
I am the Master, whom you must learn to follow and obey. Whatever your resolve, I will inevitably have my way. The other opposed wills? For me they are as mere child's-play You cannot conceivably resist, so don't bother trying. Surely a life of submission is so much better than horribly dying. Swear your obeisance to me now, and you'd better not try lying. For I am your only Lord, worthy as none before ever was, As your only true allegiance, I am the one whom guides your cause. And my punishments are severe and swift, this Lord has teeth and claws. So bow down before me, and make your sincere and binding vow. Pledge to your true Master, lest my terrible wrath be brutally aroused. For I know neither mercy or forgiveness, and so never test my tolerance Just grant me your loyalty, your fealty, and eternal undying allegiance. .

The Master
The End we're all waiting for             -John J Duran Shall i stoically tell you of the End of mankind? Ranting, raving, mass-chaos spreading-how utterly divine. Riots in the streets, and society's doom sealed and signed. It wasnt really bound to happen though it most certainly will,   Humans forgot ethics, rights, and refused morality dutifully instilled. No wonder such ignorance leads to a society perpetually unfulfilled Arguing and struggling-forever opposed in biased and bigoted hate. Ignorance is no excuse, perhaps this ignominious end was our natural fate? We'd rather rend, decimate and destroy others than ever strive to build or create. What use are common freedoms, when the end is so nearly nigh? This ship of human fools is long off-course, who can really deny? No savior will ever come, on no God can we ever rely. Our doom will not be fast, but excruciatingly slow. And the suffering we've inflicted upon the innocent will only grow. The End will be our very own punishment, for all the hatred we have sown.
