As i awoke to a heavy downpour
I felt a chill down my body
Coldness wrapping against my skin
Ice cold feet beyond my blanket
Turned around to see
A white wall against my face
Touched with my warm hands
Warm hands turned cold
As i hear the rain drops fall

my restless being

'di mo matatanaw ang dulo
ngunit tayo'y umaasa pa rin
makita kung ano ang nag-aantay
tayo'y umaasa
kahit ito'y walang kasiguraduhan
patuloy tayong naglalakbay
hanggang sa marating natin ang dulo
at kapag narating natin ang dulo
hindi natin alam kung ito'y maganda o hindi
pero sa huli'y tatanggapin
