When I demand equality,
I am reminded that I am a woman.
Just a woman,
soul-packed with strings of
shyness,
weakness
and fear.
But I want to unpack and remove those strings.
I want to be the one I am
" The Real Me ".
the beauty of mine may lie in the makeover
but more than that it lies in being
BOLD, INDEPENDENT and FEARLESS.

Today I saw a body carried by four people on
their shoulders chanting those four words
and a crowd following them.
Some were crying for dead
and some criticizing the death.
But why only I could hear what that soul said,
"These eyes have seen a lot,
These ears have heard a lot,
This heart has beard a lot,
And this body has suffered a lot.
Now it's time for my body to be at peace
and heart at rest.
So soon I will turn to ashes free from all with no boundaries to restrain. "

This journey was beautiful
from a small bud
to a pretty flower.
And before I dry out
or plucked up by anyone
I want to thank
the sun for letting me bloom,
the raindrop for pleasing my soul,
the soil to strengthen the roots,
the stem for not letting me fall
and the air to set me free to swing.
One thing I know,
Is that I will lose my breath
And will die within a few seconds.
I will be just a little flower
which won't be that pretty anymore
but that's how it goes.

Recalling your promises,
Finding your essence
In the past of mine is so beautiful
But accepting your absence
In the present of mine so horrific.
Your death didn't lead to mine
But your absence leads.
Your eyes, sweet skin, hair little brownish
and that permanent
tattoo breaks me down.

But reality says the truth.
Every night walking on the beach
