There is the red in her eyes
Her passion as she sprinted for the gold
There is blue in his fingers
His soul when he played sheets of old
There is yellow in her smile
How she can even brighten the sun
There is green in their voice
As they harmonize many as one
There is brown in his feet
Stable roots for his family's needs
There is gray in her mind
What revolutionary invention will she find?
The world is so colorful
With people who make it so bright
But when I try to search for my own color
I find nothing, nothing at all
And I simply fade to white.

All it takes is just one bite
And everything falls apart
One moment of weakness
And I'm back to the start
The guilt, the shame
Overwhelming me every night
The gazing eyes relentless
Never letting me out of their sight
The hard work
All down the drain
Once I divulge
I'll never be the same
The pig, the glutton
The big fat shut-in
I worked so hard to get here
Only to be reduced to nothing
The haunting memories
The sleepless nights
Years of torment to start
With just one bite
And I bite...

I like it when people ask what my secret is
How I managed to lose so much weight
How I turned my life around
How I became what I am today
So here's what I tell them:
Count your calories
Avoid starch
Eat more proteins
But don't eat too much
Exercise daily
Drink lots of water
Eat healthy food
You'll get thinner
Have a goal
Work towards it
Never slack off
You'll get fit
No matter how they discourage you
Don't believe it
Believe in yourself
You can do it!
With a smile, I give them hope
The perfect weight loss plan to help them cope
But there's one burden I have to bear
That's the secret I can never share:
Follow through that plan is what I wished I had done
But I just end up puking in the toilet after every meal
