34 I enjoy writing poetry as a hobby, usually as the result of some daydream. Some of my poems may be good, some bad but they will all be posted.
Your crown of sun on summers day, Angelic was your form. Your radiant glow did enter me, And my icy core did warm. With glinted eye and freckled cheek, And golden light abound. The feeling moved into my chest, And I knew my heart was found. All the grace and symmetry, Given to the dove. Did flow through you that day my dear, And make me fall in love.

My Love
Journeying ever inward Seeking sovereign thought Amid clouds of ignorance And propaganda taught Are these musing's my own? Or have they through control been bought? My piece of mind My conscious thought This nebulous domain Where my mind grows weary Was once so clear But now so bleary I struggle onwards Towards numbed center Where with my spark I might re-enter And with great effort With acceptable cost I might regain What I had lost

The Night
From unyielding black depths Fiery molten torrents lance upwards In its burning fury the mountain snarls Hallowed life bringer, harbinger of death All are ash before its ferocious might All praise and rejoice

Volcan
Upon the land that we did sow And in the winding valleys below We gather at the end of things To watch the wind blow As we stand in endless sorrow Awaiting the past, present or tomorrow We gather at the end of things To watch the wind blow It sweeps across, that fiery gale Our faces scorched a ghostly pale We gather at the end of things To watch the wind blow As it thunders us away Only our spirits left to stay And gather at the end of things To watch the wind blow When the wind consumes us all Our spirits will not rise or fall We'll gather at the end of things To watch the wind blow
