Olivia Kent "How sad it is when brave heart meets mad assassin!"

On the Outside Looking In

How sad it is when brave heart meets mad assassin!
On day lit street,
How cruel it is,
When daylight spreads her stunning wrap as shroud,
Young fellow,
Tragic life lost!
Appalling,
Barbaric bastards,
Sin incarnate!
Let hell have no mercy on their vile souls,
Look inside,
Analyse,
Fire fed incubus,
Increment,
Pure disgust,
Realise,
Mass mess,
Damage done,
Community relations busted,
As two rampaged alone,
Dancing with devils,
Horrendous!
Religion whirls in chaos,
Paradise lost,
Solution zero, not grounded,
Tragic,
Agendas confused,
Misunderstood,
Hellish cost!
Crucify others with tongue alone,
Here I sit and ask that all this evil ends,
I know that it's impossible to have a world of friends!

Destiny C "Wet meets land"

The ocean beckons me with it's beauty
I approach with caution
In a hypnotizing step
Stopping just before
Wet meets land
The waves charm me in
I abandonen the uneeded
And let the tides pull me out
Farther and farther from shore
Inhale
Exhale
One last breath
And I surrender myself to
The Deep Blue

I'd appreciate all CONSTRUCTIVE criticism please and thank you :)
Traci Toivonen "where misty haze meets the clouds of grey"

Dearest world
the one I call home
the place I wander
and squander my time
watching fawna and flora
in the midst of rain at dawn
where misty haze meets the clouds of grey
my eyes tempered to the meeting gaze of stars above
the dew brushed upon my brow
the silty runoff stinging my burnt skin
stories that sleep on the beds of my nails
the tiredness that hangs below my pupils
oh cometh sweet winds of summer
let you linger within my soul
carry me away within your gentle arms
set my heart a blaze
let me seek what I desire most
cast away
float away
my dear world
keep me nomadic within the depths of your untouched landscape
keep me lost within your lonesome charm

Kay Dee Elle "Your smoke-filled room meets my untouched lungs"

We are such opposites, you and I
Yet somehow we've woven ourselves into this web
You are a tsunami
Yet I am simply the ebb

Differences so evident, it's almost insulting
Your ink-stained arms push up against my bare, ivory chest
You are so clearly you
While I am only somewhat me, at best

So many places you've been
While I've been sitting here all the while
Circumstances should have told us both "No!"
But that word disappears completely as you smile

So much knowledge I've gained
While you don't bother with reading
You are always content with the simplest things
But I yearn immensely for things I'm not really needing

Your smoke-filled room meets my untouched lungs
Your devilish ways engulf my virgin essence
We can only meet briefly, and so rarely it feels
Your absence is like Christmas without presents

I snicker when you sigh, laugh when you cry
I'm through with rest, yet you sit as I stand
I lay myself down just as you rise
My ghostly form next to your harsh skin, perfectly tanned

Your breast was hollow once
Long before me and you, we, became us
But mine was overflowing with love
That the Heavens knew was meant for you, I undoubtedly trust

They, all of them out there, may not understand
Your roughness and ruggedness holding my soft and clean hands
But I do not care about their worries or remarks
Because we are separate people, but one in our hearts

Ferras K "this fork in the road meets me"

this fork in the road meets me
take the left or turn to the right
the one less travelled or the one worn down
i'm just glad that the choice is mine
i'm just glad to be standing here
so what if this should be the end?
if i could call on inspiration any time i want
this might not be the end of my journey
if i could wring out all that has been encased deep within my heart
this might not be the demise of my determination
i hope you can see that some day
maybe i have come to the limit of myself
you wanted to see me reach ever higher
but i've already got more
more than what i could have ever wished for
you say this cannot be the end of my time
but this is what i have to say
i've borrowed more than what i've been promised
i've been given a lifetime and two
where all that i've got is more than what i have ever needed
and who is to say that i haven't lived at all
when all that i've ever done is what i wanted
nothing more
and certainly, nothing less

Ed Bear "Susan Meets The Reaper"

I remember the sky's blue with few clouds
the first nice day the spring had allowed

Pulling up to the stop sign, as i sort of laughed
Why is this silly girl stopped in the grass

I remember you said before we left the town
"I'm gonna go see if my parents are around"

Now theres no movement i creep past the sign
to find caved in doors, and a big rig that flies

Amelia Pearson "Damp soil meets conviction and dreams"

Wearing tigers stripes
Like fashion is on my side
I’ve no hope, really

The undergrowth of your long days
Tower above me
Like arrogant reminders of your worth

But trees grow everywhere
With oblivious oblivion
Their lost memories soaked into the past

Damp soil meets conviction and dreams
Until saturated, and then
Nothing but caricatures of nature

Let sleeping lions lie
Sitting in the dappled shade
Watch them pounce

Like wild cats on a chase
For the best seats
But the worst company.

Isis Moon "My spirit meets yours"

Remember the time
Our lips met
And Chihiro left on a journey
That will never be as good as
Mine.
My spirit meets yours
And cleans up the sadness
In the dark shadows, just as she does.
Our lips exit the bathhouse
Hand in hand.
Hold your breath across the bridge
Until you're safe against the base of my
Neck once again.

Barry Pietrantonio "Flesh meets with sword,"

On the brim of dawn,
on the battle torn fields,
where the lilacs flow,
we will never yield.

Swords may clash,
with the shield I wield,
but we will never run,
we will never yield.

Flesh meets with sword,
sword meets with shield.
Battle cries are shrieked,
we will never yield.

And when sunsets,
on this bloody, beaten field.
We will stand tall,
we will never yield.

Geno Cattouse "Blind youth meets heart hungry traveler."

Well the words are there . The way you look out from behind your hair
Tells me confusion swirls. In your mind there is a thing awaiting to. Be set free. My heart aches for you and for me.
But then what was our recipe
Blind youth meets heart hungry traveler.
The great unraveler pulled his pound of flesh from the rotting carcass of our indiscretions, the glaring foil of me to the twisted open ended question named you then. now.
what has changed but the economy and the weather  Still together like
carcass and coffin.
Playing blind man's bluff what tawdry stuff and you to boot.
A pathology in pumps.
tipping through life
somebody elses wife.
