Nothing Much
Purple is often misunderstood

People confuse it with pink or blue

They cannot comprehend change

The synthesis of something new

Purple has been picked to pieces

Analyzed with Pantone paint chip cards

The public is vexed, this defiance of ***

Twirled around by color guards

They say that violet delights have violent ends
That from this “choice,” there’s no return

But they’re the ones who set us aflame

And we, in their triumph, burn
This is so childish ****

on a clear day
idyllic scene
panoramic year

murmur in the juices
sinking teeth into fruit
luscious tableau

allow me to process
picnic with villas of brick
and concrete balusters in the view

i could suffocate
from the sweetness
the despair lifted in the wave

lalala cockpit's cracked
losing oxygen
I died in LA went straight to hell

put a price on my soul
for a bad man's consumption
trusted no one but it's cheap

gate's closed anyways
who am I to you baby?
don't care if this city sinks in the ocean

going back to Ohio anyways
maybe I'll use the pliers to escape the trunk
bite down, sizzle off the tar like a lost soul

and I'll mess up my life
lie as a second smattering of truth
tell me what you got
before I put you in a plot
in my mind's grave

can't walk no more with conviction
for lost souls trying to make a connection
you know years ago I wouldn't hesitate
to cut someone's breaks and smash their plates
for you I would have put their face on a sleeve

and I'll mess up my life
but I don't need your help no more
up late but I got work at four in the morning
done mourning, ain't old love
I got other things to waste my time on

with eyes brighter than the sun
at things we thought were once childish
maybe we're too caught up
in things that don't really matter
I must have forgotten
these things happiness was the truth
we were searching for
tell me now, a spark was not enough
we have firewood, we have fuel
and yet no fire comes
life is kind of dumb right now
spending all my time online
maybe within I'm too guarded
to know the difference
between trust and vulnerability
It's the perfect day
For the angels to be wrong
It's the perfect day
To fall in love with you
And fall backwards into lamb's blood
And light a cigarette
And let it burn our lungs as we kiss
It's the perfect
Day
For an apple to fall from a tree
For you to finger it lightly and let
The grass take care of the rest
And me to say i love You
While you nail me into your bedsheets
Arms outstretched, like some kind of saviour
It's the perfect way to say
What a word never do
Or a kiss never touch
Or cigarette never light
To stare wide eyed into sin
And fall backwards laughing like the sun
To whatever a moon may mean
Or the Son may dream
Think He loved You too?
I think He do
What a perfect way
To I believe in you
A perfect say.

Dear Light,
I can't imagine a world without you! It'd be very dark.
You're so Near to the end, and you've been working so hard. You should be more Mello, some would **** for your abilities.
On an unrelated note, have you heard R.E.M. recently? I love them to death! You should try them, even if you don't have an eye for that sort of thing.
I'll love you till the end,
-Misa
I'm so punny. Naturally, if you don't watch Death Note, this makes no sense.

If you fold up your paper,
turn off your radio and TV,
sit on the steps and sip your tea,
watch the birds and speak no words
as the sun rises yellow and round,
making rainbows on the dewy lawn,
you could fool yourself into thinking
there’s no ****** war going on.
