Deep Thought May 2023
I wore her black sweater for weeks.

Something about the sweater made me feel closer to her.
It smelled amazing.

I loved her demands,
but she slightly reminded me of my mother.

I loved knowing that I can trust her,
although I doubted myself often.

We started off great & ended just as quick as we started.
Which has since left a sour taste in my mouth.

She had big walls and I hoped to be like Jericho breaking them down.
She has many layers and I longed to cypher through it all.

She's taught me many things,
it was hard to keep up with at times.

But gone to the ether she goes since she ghosted me.
It last 3 months.
My psychologist recently told me I get attached easily without me realizing it.
This is what I used to call her.

Alone -
The ghost candle Pokemon (Litwick);
Cold -
The abandoned house (in which he lived);
Dim -
The small fire on his head;
Afraid -
The trainers and their Pokemon;
Hopeless -
The candle Pokemon;

Curious -
The electric mouse Pokemon (Pikachu);
Creaky -
The stairs in the house;
Dusty -
Every inch of the house;
Hiding -
The candle Pokemon;
Friendly -
The mouse Pokemon;

Surrounded -
The candle Pokemon;
Warm -
The feeling of a quick friendship;
Bright -
The smiles on their faces;
Brave -
The mouse Pokemon;
Hopeful -
The candle Pokemon;

Let's go to Sabrina's gym,
When city lights are bright,
At there, who're never dim,
At the peak of the night.

Let's see the starry skies,
While trainers battle hard,
With fire in their eyes,
Desires in their hearts.

Some shady figures – oh!
Dressed in black, I see,
Around the city and Silph-co,
Who might they be?

Chorus:

Let's go to Saffron City!
Where magic does happen,
Along this happy ditty,
With hope, and faith and passion!
A song I've written on seeing the trailer of Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee. I'm looking forward to these games!

Did not you use to eat my brains out,
Seeking to eat my thoughts and memories,
Did you not use to impose your own?
This is a funny write about the Pika disorder!

Pikachu is not totally fiction after all,
There's this cute rodent called Pika,
This Pika is Pikachu's inspiration,
Found in the foothills of Sikkim,
But the scientists think it's new,
Pika is one tiny Indian rodent,
Its standing posture, its ears,
Have been the inspiration,
Not just now but for long,
Since antiquity it's there,
Only now got discovered.
