Another night savoring of loneliness,
when he stumbled upon a pretty countess.
Her gleaming eyes ready to cast a spell,
as she goes round and round on a carousel.
Galloping up on the wooden horse,
wishing to get ahead of time,
She couldn’t care less about the crowd
as she took off on cloud nine.
Enchanted with her grace and beauty galore,
He didn’t realize he was a mere paviour.
Expressing his love for her will be nothing but a crime,
When a voice interrupted his thoughts,
“Get off lady, you have no dime”.
Embarrassed and disheartened,
she ran off into the woods,
That moment it struck him,
she possesses no worldly goods.
In the hope to chase her through the blur,
the only fear in his heart was of losing her.
There she was sitting alone by the pond.
One gaze, and they instantly felt the bond.
She sobbed “I’m no princess”,
but he firmly said “will you be my bride?”,
And, this is how their love story began,
on a beautiful Carousel Ride!

Like a muscular drummer drumming,
    the Big wind
It gathers itself, twirls its sticks
Then swooping suddenly lambasts its
     kit
Thrashes the coast, sways the trees
    and rocks the boats
Lathers into it;
Its cymbals crashing are the smash of
    the sea against the rocks
The trees running amok over the
    rising mountains.

With a draught of this air drawn in to
    fill my sails
To have the big windmills of my blood
    rotate
And ******* out then across the bay
Up over the headland, out over the
    wide open sea
A Colossus emerging and none to
    stand in my way.
The sea comes alive on stormy days and gets into your soul

I got my first job.

Lesser than expected salary,
Otherwise, I'm very happy,
Very satisfied I'm as well,
Except for that change it I will.

You inspired me, Pooh Bear,
Of a bright future, I'm a holder,
Utopic partner, you're my beholder.

Avoiding positivity,
You feel like dirt,
So you decide to sweep yourself under the
rug.
Hiding and cowering described as
Self enlightenment

Trying to get relief from the immense pain
that suffocates daily,
You act out with a bandaid
The short relief, blessed relief.
However great it might feel,
Only distorts the reality of effectiveness.
Sudden relief mimics an intense high

It's time to understand that all
Bandaids,
are fleeting.
Some cause more than they cover
Countless marks of addiction and desperation,
cover your skin
Come out from under the rug
It's time to heal

my fingers stars tapping against the cold granite floor
and i sit and wait
i sit
and i wait
so patiently, it kills me
not the waiting part,
well, that too
but also
mostly
the knowledge of knowing
what i'm waiting for
could either bring me
immense joy or sorrow

I am everything you never wanted
yet a love you wished to see
I am your past drowning at sea
the angel whispering in dreams
speaking secrets in the demons ear
conscious flowing downstream
immense emotion, love and fear
now the trash you discarded
I am everything you ever wanted
yet you know it can never be
I'm the child longing for a life
I know I will never see
bombarded by the horrors of my mind
I have nothing to offer
except myself and my truth
this I hold above no other

Sleep evades
Tomorrow excites
swollen red capillaries
Hurt my eyes
I do not wish to speak
My love is immense
And I fear that immensity most

The pain is immense.
Shiny metal teeth laughing.
I hate this zipper.
