I'm tired of searching for meanings!
I'm tired of questioning my feelings!
I'm sick of justifying my sayings!
I'm jaded of trying to find reason for silly things!
                        I ask you people!!
What makes simplicity removed from your dictionary!
What makes life equal to death!
What makes innocence equal to drama!
What makes Love equal to naivety!

When there is no answers to those questions.....

Then....

Clumsiness is a clue!!!!

Fear
of the
unknown
has frightened him,
I see him lurking
behind his
shadow.
Death
has conversed
with him.
He himself
beseeched
it to stay.
I don't
blame him,
Or his
integrity.
But
what's annoying
me is his
attitude.
Snap out of it !

Hello, dearly beloved
How are you doing?
I hope you’re doing fine
It’s been so long
Since we’ve last talked
It’s been so long
Since we’ve last seen each other
I strongly apologise
For keeping you wait for my emails
For I have been busy
And I hope you understand that
Though I know being busy
Is not that much of an excuse
I hope you’re not mad darling
I know you’ve been missing me
For quite some time
I apologies for hurting you
I know how much missing someone hurts
I know
Because I have been missing you too
Which hurts like
An incurable wound
Will you forgive my clumsiness?
I hope you do
Please do
My dear
I love you very
Do you love me still?
I hope you do
Well I know you do
But please say you do
Will you please
Reply to this unravishing poem from me to you
With a ravishing poem from you to me?
I hope you do
Please do

                                           Your poetess,
                                             Afra Alzaabi

Do you believe in wishes?
I believe in dreams come true.
If I didn't believe in wishes,
My dream would've never been you.

Do you believe in love at first sight?
Do you believe in magic, too?
If I didn't believe in magic,
I don't think I'd have ever seen you.

Do you believe in clumsiness?
Or the fate of two?
If I didn't suffer from clumsiness,
I wouldn't be falling for you.
