Untitled

New fallen snow cool winds with a fears bite. All that once was awake busy with their everyday things have fallen into a deep slumber. How the world once was so lively now has gone still cold and dead, but yet is just as beautiful and makes children smile. The snow fall has been great snow covers every inch of ground leaving no sign of life. The sun does not shine brightly, but the moon stands high in the sky leaving some light the white making it hard to look.  . Young still learning, and begging to see the wonders of Minnesota’s cold weather. When you look around, you can see the snow gently falling from the sky, and pine trees every way you turn filled with brightly lit snow glistening with the moons reflection. Colors are brighter against the pure white blanket that spreads as far as the eye can see. The houses become works of art, with their beautiful undisturbed snowy roofs. The branches of the trees bow with the heavy load they are carrying, bending towards the floor. Everything glistens, as if a fairy has sprinkled her dust over the entire world. Children screaming and laughing were ever you look. All day all you will the little children in thick, heavy coats rushing downhill with the wind struggling to keep up Angels they make in the blanket of white, and tomorrow will remember how Snowflakes felt on their tiny tongues like magic to them now. You can hear children outside laughing and playing in the snow. You can hear the many sounds of crunching as the kids run around laughing as the older ones snowboard downhill they can feel the slushing of the snow run up hills and down hills. sliding down most of the time and spending the other half running from the older kids screaming as snow balls fly every were Adults hide inside safely from the snow war.  Remembering how they all once felt before there life was filled with stress and worry’s. What it was like to be a kid, and how wonderful it was. Their cheeks fiery red pain as the coldness engulfs the exposed skin. Still the kids play and laugh despite the extremely cold winds. Seeing as a child we all would see shimmering sunlight threw any day they see. The day has been long and playful some have already fallen asleep, but others have slowed down and now paly hide and go seek. The children play laughing away as parents yawn. They all head in for the warmth of a home and a mothers love. Dark and ominous figures in front of them, in the shape of a building long forgotten toys and maybe even the mysterious animal that hide close by watching them. With very dim candle light shining through the frosted windows. Snowmen creations appear on every corner. Made with cold wet hands, But what is always sad is that it will all melt away. All that will be left is the memory of another fun day in the snow. As all lay and sleep dream of there long day of fulfilled snow fun. The earth seems to stop for a few moments.  As if the worlds has suddenly froze in place with time. All is quiet except the light cold breeze and the creaking from the very tired trees.
