Emotionly Sudden

by Diverseman2020

Resting upon a stone
While feeling calm
Bitterness
I questioned myself
Silence
In the lily fields
To find peace
For this moment I do claim
As my eyes are closed
Shutting itself off
From to the world of disgust
No one around
Miles away
A nearby village, I seek
Weeping in sorrow
For a dying friend
Who remembrance as a youth
As we depart
With no exclamation
As I lean forward
Looking out
On the train ride home
For my farewell
To another death
Has cursed my heart
