As I spiral alone
in the dark
Feeling my way
through life
Among the dark caverns
in my mind
I feel you
beside

Within your warmth of love
I see a light in your
eyes
In the dark caverns

Stillness exists
Slowly love burns
a flame inside

Tearing open the dark
caverns within my mind
Till the walls crumble
down
As I lay by your side
Entangled in the arms
of love
Till all that exists is
the love
in
our
eyes

The dark caverns open wide
To the light that is inside
Letting love flow through
the presence
of you
and
I
Pushing the dark caverns
away from my mind.
