Heart beats
It races
Adrenaline
Strong and sweet
Courses through me
Wind howls
Screams at me
"You wouldn't
"You couldn't
"You're not brave enough"
Laughter
Squeezes out my throat
"Watch me"
I shout as I
Fall
Wind through my hair
Bubbling laughter
See?
I did it
I float
As the parachute
Comes out
I just proved
That I am
Brave
