Standing proud and tall
Tell the story of a man insane
A psycho or a prophet
He’s mad and he can’t stop it
Let him not die in vain
The answer to the question
That we’re too scared to mention
For this he’s bound in chains
We try to understand
The torn mind of a man
Who sees through all our childish ways
We talk to him in fear
He’s got a smile ear to ear
Even though he’s seen better days
This puzzle of a man
Avoid him when we can
While what’s left of us decays
