ella carina›Estate Sale. by --- Jan 2, 2011
every estate sale i've ever been to has felt this way. it's heartbreaking to see the accumulations of someone's life collected and auctioned off to the highest bidder with no regard to the meaning it might have had to those departed, and you beautifully articulated the feeling.
ella carina›I'm easy like Sunday morning by Bathsheba Jan 2, 2011
a little afternoon fun in the warm sun... a great expression of the little intimate games we all love to play on lazy weekends. cute yet spunky and seductive.
ella carina›she Asked me What i Think by Amir Jan 2, 2011
i hate being asked what i'm thinking about because i can never think of a reply, but this poem feels like a perfect answer. it's simple, wistful, and touching. great read.
ella carina›Winter Rose. by --- Jan 2, 2011
simple and elegant, with a great metaphor that is accessible enough for others to appreciate. i loved it.
ella carina›Crush by Marsha Singh Jan 2, 2011
this is gorgeous. i find it difficult to convey so much emotion and feeling in haikus, but you seem to have hit the mark with this one. i felt chills. great job (:
ella carina›we built a wailing wall by JJ Hutton Jan 1, 2011
amazing. you perfectly captured the feeling of loss, recollections of trivial memories that you never realized would mean so much to you until the person you made them with was gone. this made my heart ache.
ella carina›new leather jacket (and how it makes me feel) by Caleb Pendleton Dec 7, 2010
this is great. it totally captures the moment when a person realizes that although they are the center of their own universe, most everyone else doesn't even realize they exist. beautiful job.
ella carina›I Want To Taste Your Skin by Joseph Perales Dec 7, 2010
"you'd think that i'd like you more
with all the love that we make" -
absolutely perfect line in a damn good poem. this poem captures every feeling of this specific situation (a familiar one to me- haha). great job. (:
