D ~ Delightfully embracing life.
C ~ Choosing to laugh rather than fret.
H ~ Healing our hearts with their
I ~ innocence of the divine kind.
L ~ Looking at the world with fresh eyes and
D ~ dreaming dreams of hope.
R ~ Reassuring us of all God's blessings,
E ~ everywhere in the small things and
N ~ nourishing us with their unconditional love.

faith comes from a deep source
arising from our inner resource
seeing through spiritual eyes
seeing through the ego with no disguise

faith is seeing our brothers as one
beyond the web of guilt and deception
seeing through to the heart and soul
is really the only worthy goal

faith is uniting
not dividing
faith is divinity within everyone
the wholeness, the joy and the inner freedom

true knowledge
comes not from thinking
but with a quiet mind
into an abyss you will be sinking
where stillness resides
and all things are born
this is where the true knowledge
is for us to learn

the angels blowing kisses from above
sharing their widsom and infinite love

what a blessing it is having them around
guiding us with their harmonious sound

their resonance is like a tuning fork
lifting our spirits to a higher mark

embrace their love, opening our heart
feeling an inner shift begin to start

our journey is full of guidance everywhere
with a quiet mind, listen if you dare

the secrets of the universe will be shown
in a heavenly place of our internal ground

full of anxiety
don't know what to do

fear is disabling
I feel like fleeing or fighting

anger is so powerful
it builds up to implode or explode

I have a habit
that keeps repeating itself

My habit is still there

it takes practice and compassion
to engage our soul

thank you for the birds that fly

thank you for the birds that sing
and the joy felt tone they are sharing

thank you for the ability to hear
the inner voice which is so dear

thank you for the floral blossoms
and the beauty shared is so awesome

thank you for listening through nonjudgment
a precious gift in each and every moment

thank you for accepting things as they are
a precious gift going deep and far

thank you for loving unconditionally
a precious gift allowing me to just Be

thank you for not attaching any expectations
a precious gift allowing me my own creations

the various colours of the autumn leaves
as one of nature's rhythms change with ease

the crispness of the air and the morning dew
creates a need for inner warmth inside of you

this time of year is so invigorating
as we harvest crops of our own creating

I love how the seasons have an ambiance of their own
Mother nature showing us her emotional tone

Weaving one into the other, this natural rhythm
Giving us a sense of her effortless decisions

may we take the lesson of this effortless flow
as we shift our awareness of inner growth

I feel something inside that connects with the sun
A warm glow radiating, sharing with everyone

I feel something inside that connects to the stars
An inner aliveness, electrons dancing afar

I feel something inside that connects me to flowers
An inner stillness, an inner graceful power

I feel something inside that connects to birds in flight
Freedom reigning, soaring with all their might

I feel something inside awakening when I hear birds singing
A melodious joy within is increasing

I feel something inside resonating with that tree
Presence, strength and stability

I feel something within as I look at the grass
Resonating abundance, it is so vast

I feel something within stirring when I see the water
Comfort and breathing space of inner power

I feel something within connected to the mountain top
A higher perspective, being able to see the whole lot

I feel something growing within me when I look at the sky
Calm and peace, spreading so wide

I feel something within resonating with all of nature
An aliveness and a deep connection with our creator

patiently waiting for us to call
when we're feeling down, we can look inside
and make this connection side by side

allow our loving soul to nurture us
holding us up as we go through this
our soul will show us the light, the hope
our soul will show us a higher scope

as we feel the love our soul does share
it shows us how to really care
our heart is full of love and compassion
let's extend our hands with deep appreciation

Seeing the joy you're having, as I hum along

I see your true colours as you communicate
And the smile you get when you interrelate

I see your true colours while you weed the garden
Connecting with nature, your heart does open

I see your true colours while you sort the laundry
As you love to nurture and take care of your family

I see your true colours as you write a poem
Feeling the appreciation from your inner home

I see your true colours as you tidy the house
Being present allows spirit to grow in us

I see your true colours as you share time with others
Giving attention to them is all that matters

A balanced mind is a quiet mind
Which knows it's connected to the divine kind
A balanced mind does no mental labeling
Enjoys the is-ness each moment is bringing
A balanced mind has no judgments to share
Realizing each one has their own journey to bear
A balanced mind knows there's many levels of understanding
As our consciousness grows, we are all expanding
A balanced mind is an open mind
Not closing doors to minds of a different kind
A balanced mind is not attached to any form
Be it thoughts, emotions, or objects; you will forlorn
A balanced mind knows your inner wisdom
Is creating a world full of a peaceful kingdom

feel the love of a new born baby
heartfelt, and it is so elating
share this feeling, from the heart
with someone who needs a fresh new start

feel the awe of a blossoming flower
beautiful and full of a stillness power
share this feeling from deep within
with someone who you can forgive

feel the calm of a beautiful lake
crystal clear, no ripple it does make
share this deep feeling of inner calm
with someone who may have done you harm

feel the love of your precious pet
their unconditional love can sure be felt
share this feeling, words can't fathom
with someone who does not know how to reason

feel the energy of a soulful song
a wonderful connection, which you do long
share this feeling, which is so dear
with someone who is so full of fear

feel the love from a childs hug
this pure innocence does not judge
share this feeling connected soulfully
with someone who is always so angry

by sharing these feelings from your heart
radiating out, you will impart
an unconditional love from within thee
to many a person who are in need

With an open heart and an open mind,
No judgments or criticisms you will find.

With an open heart and an open mind,
There'll be many connections of a divine kind.

With an open heart and an open mind.
Our souls and personalities will align.
