The world is full of people,
Not all of them agree.
You're locked behind your brain,
It's difficult to see.

Would they be worth knowing?
Or would they turn away?
It's easier not showing,
yourself on any day.

You constantly see others,
In groups or couples too.
But why do you seem lonely?
~It's those people just like you.~

Though I should be;
oblivious to the world
I choose to spend
the time awake.
It's silent,
It's dead,
It's nothing.
All excepting that strained figure
hunched in front of their screen.
Like me

Consider Words
As waves.
That crash,
fall,
hurt.
Consider words
As mediums,
transferring emotion,
to each life,
burden,
thought,
Happening to pass
through a whirl
of irrelevance
called mind

It’s a lack of understanding;
between the meaning of words
flowing out of my mouth,
and the ignorance surrounding.

It flies over their head,
It doesn’t pass a thought.
It leaves automatic response
Of robotic, forced out words.

Words are passed
through a world of simplicity.

To change this pattern is,
absurd.
So we move on,

And do the same as yesterday.

To have a voice
In a world of cliches,
Isn’t something of pity.

It is something we’ll remember
years to come from now.

Something of which to aspire,
years to come from now.

To have a voice
In as world of cliches.
Tells you’re thinking of tomorrow.

To sit,
Stay still
Stay quiet;
Is a question of impossible.

Just when we need it most.
Laughs
Jeers,
‘activities’ merely
fill the world around us.

Though all in need is silence.
our own frustration,
anger,
loathing,
becomes much louder than our own.

Peace
Is not the silence,
Or the emptiness of the room.

It is not the obsession
Of an idea or mere,
tradition.

It is not something we look for,
It is not something we crave

It is something we forget
when it’s in our state of being.
